Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom – The Director of Clinical Affairs at Heidelberg Engineering Limited, Christopher Mody, has accepted a new position as Clinical Director with Heidelberg Engineering GmbH. In his new global role, Chris will work closely with the global Product Management and Clinical Affairs team members to foster collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders and facilitate the exchange of unbiased scientific information between the international medical community and the company.
In light of this change, the management team at Heidelberg Engineering Limited has been reorganised to ensure that the Academy and the company’s involvement at the forefront of research in ophthalmic imaging continues to be carefully managed and nurtured. Tim Cole has been promoted to Clinical Affairs Manager, providing the company with clinical direction and feedback that will help to shape product development and research activity. Emily Malbon has been promoted to Head of UK Marketing and Education, managing the Academy team and ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality education to the industry that is innovative and relevant.
