Heidelberg Engineering brings OCT LIVE to Optrafair

OCT LIVE
OCT LIVE with Chris Mody
Hemel Hempstead, UK – Heidelberg Engineering is bringing their popular OCT LIVE format to Optrafair for the first time on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd April. The CET accredited sessions will take place on the Heidelberg Engineering stand, G20, and feature three patients who will be scanned live on the big screen by the SPECTRALIS Imaging Platform.

Three different OCT LIVE themes will be running throughout the weekend which will focus on either retinal disease, glaucoma or “a day in the life of a Birmingham optometrist” with Peter Waite from K.G. Miles Optometrists.

“Participants will be guided through the patient journey, from how multimodal imaging can be used to assess eye disease to interpreting the images and making a decision on patient management” explains Christopher Mody, Director of Clinical Services. “The “live” format adds a more realistic and interesting dimension to the session in comparison to printed case studies”.

All sessions are CET accredited with 3 peer discussion points and participant numbers will be capped at no more than 15 people. Register early to avoid disappointment at this link:
