
Hemel Hempstead, UK — November 2025 — Heidelberg Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Azmi Ansari as Implementation and Remote Support Technician, strengthening the company’s technical support and customer service capabilities. Azmi joined the UK Head Office in Hemel Hempstead at the beginning of November.
Azmi brings more than two years of hands-on experience delivering application support, managing systems administration, and resolving technical issues across large, complex enterprise environments. Her background includes supporting multiple interconnected systems and providing 1st–3rd line support, in-depth root-cause analysis, and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams.

In her new role, Azmi will support the implementation of Heidelberg Engineering products and provide remote technical assistance to customers, ensuring they receive reliable, responsive, and expert support.
