a) Contact Form

You have the option of contacting the Sales and Support departments via the form available under the “Contact” tab.
In this context your data is processed and transferred solely for the purpose of responding to your questions or comments. Prior to sending a contact request, you are obliged to agree to the privacy policy.

b) Newsletter

You have the option of registering for our free online newsletters via our homepage. We use the “double-opt-in” process for this. In order to send the subscription you will need to confirm, by clicking a tick box, that you have read the privacy policy, that you accept it and that you have been notified that you have the option of cancelling the subscription at any time.

You will then receive a confirmation email for the subscription sent to the email address you provided. Your subscription does not take effect until you click on the confirmation link enclosed.

c) Academy

This is where we offer different e-learning courses as well as the option of declaring different online qualifications, among other things.
Once you agree to this privacy policy, your data, such as your name and email address, is processed when you participate in courses and/or performance assessments solely for training purposes, for example, for the preparation of teaching materials and the evaluation of test results.

3. Forwarding and transfer of data
